I am using Firefox. The weird thing is after I couldn't open Candy Crush Soda I tried Candy Crush Saga and it opened just fine. I tried all the other King games I play, and all the rest of them work. Something is wrong with Candy Crush Soda Saga, not with our browsers. :(

Thank you, Combo. I came searching for the same info. Too bad King didn't post a notice on Facebook and Twitter - it would have saved all of us who thought it was something on our end a lot of time and frustration trying to fix things.

A couple of other threads on this. The good news: It's not your browser or computer, something is wrong with the game. The bad news: They don't seem to be in any hurry to fix it. :(

Same thing has been happening with Chrome. All other King games work, just not Candy Crush Soda. Something is wrong with the game, not our browsers. :(

This is not a problem with our browsers, this is a problem with the game. If you check the comments on the game's Facebook page, a LOT of people are having this issue.
