If updating it hasn't worked, I'd try to uninstall and re install it. It usually does the trick when updates fail to load!

Have you tried the regular troubleshooting yet? Make sure you have cleared your cache and that you have the latest version of Flash player installed. Not having anything else running in the background should also help it load.

Have you modified the date or time on your iPad recently by any chance?
