Hate the new update. Everytime I watch ads to get boosters to help finish the level some of the ads won't let me exit and and I have to reboot the game and I lose the level.

My game is back but I lost all my boosters. I had 5 candy smashes and they are all gone. Not very happy about that.

I was playing fine this morning on my android and this evening everything was gone. I have no team, no boosters no ranking. I'm just about ready to quit this game. It works fine on my tablet but not my phone. Every thing is gone.

I'm not even getting my daily booster.

I play on facebook. I've done everything suggested and still nothing

I've done all that. Logged in and out. Cleared cache several times. All of that several times. Still nothing this morning

I would like to know also. I'm ready to quit this game and just play my Toon Blast. At least it's more enjoyable.

I have the same problem. I played fine this morning and now all my prizes, team, boosters are all gone. I'm on the same level but everything is gone.
