SUCCESS!!!!! Many thanks Nix66. I was unable to save game but I uninstalled anyway and hoped for the best. Not only did I get my game back at same level and working fine but I also got all my bonuses/boosters as well as those accumulated while game was on the blink. 😊☘️

Thank you Nix66. If I get my game back I am not too worried about boosters. I cannot save game on PC or Facebook due to Cannot connect to server message.

I have been having same issues as mentioned in other comments above for past three weeks in Candy Crush Saga and Soda on both PCs and Android phone. I have tried every tip mentioned in community centre. King Help Centre asked me to send screenshot, which I did, and never heard from them again. Everything else works fine on…

Thanks Nix66. I play mostly on PC but sometimes on Android phone. I'll check to see if I also have updates on Android. I am sooo klutzy with this stuff. ☺😷
