I did! I found a post in another section...if u have android make sure you update the version to 152.13 (go to Google play store and itll let you do the update)...after I did that it worked fine. If you have an iOS they said their 'team is still working on the issue' so hopefully u have a galaxy

Its happening to me too! That's why I came to this site....happened 5x to me on level 647. If u find out and answer let me know
