Every time there is an update to the terms etc, I lose my lives as well. It was explained to me that those lives are on my computer and not stored anywhere at King, so when they do an update, if you have gifted lives, you lose them all.

Removing Pet Rescue, clearing the cache and re-adding it did NOT solve the problem.

I followed the instructions above - Chrome didn't work either (after clearing cache). I do not use mobile. Please fix

@QueenB, I play through Facebook. Now I don't seem to be receiving the lives my friend sends.

Unfortunatley that didn't fix the issue, but I think clearing my cache might have - I have my fingers crossed :)

I don't have those options. no 'x' beside names - see file attached.

I lost all of my lives as well - didn't have quite as many, but it was well over 40 - now I have 1.

I have the exact same problem - lost of of my saved rewards, and I don't like the new look
