Hi Pat, Might be that you have an old version of Pet Rescue Saga. I suggest you start by updating it to the latest version. This will give you access to all new levels currently being released (2292 levels).

Laptop - so that would be FB you're using to play Pet Rescue? :-) I suggest you first try playing the game through another browser - for instance Firefox or Edge. You might also want to try the game directly on our website: https://king.com/play/petrescue

Hi Sauter! Some of the levels in Pet Rescue Saga changes over time so you might have to use the date filter when searching on YT. Not sure if there already are new videos for the higher levels, like 1232 but there might be someone here in the community that can help you in solving the level.

Hi Eric, If you have the option then try the reset network settings that is build into Android. Please notice that this will require you to re-enter password for your network.

Try this setup: Start the game on King.com: https://king.com/play/petrescue You can create an account there and afterwards go to settings and link King.com to your FB progress.
