Hi, every time I open the candy crash saga game I get a static-cracking sound. This only happens when I have this specific app opened. Even when the music and sound is off it happens as well. Obviously when my phone is on silent the sound is gone.
Oh no chloe111102! I was hoping to get some fix from a player. I hope that lots of the players here respond to Mark by saying what iPhone model and what operating system version you have. Do you want to start this for him? This week IOS was updated to IOS 12 so do you have that version?
I have been getting this hissing/static noise out of my iPhone 7plus for about a week now, just started hearing it one day. I have plenty of space on my phone. It only happens when I open the candy crush app.
Hey guys, just heard from a Superstar and she said that she gets this but it's not on an IOS device. She said that when she has very little space left on her device the sound is the first thing affected. So she gets rid of unnecessary things to give the device more space and it disappears. She doesn't know if this is the same issue with IOS but if someone here wants to give it a try, please let me know if clearing up some space gets rid of it.
You can here the noise, when you put your phone speaker near close to your ear. I don’t believe that this is a isolated problem. Everybody is having it, but until now they didn’t realised.

Any tech specs are welcome! Please post your iOS device number as well as iOS version and I'll gather to see if there's a patteren.
I’ve only noticed it since the most recent update. That’s not to say it wasn’t there before.
Hi Carla, no one seems to be able to find a fix for this. I posted it in my Facebook group and only one person responded to say that they have it too. Have any of you contacted Apple since it seems that it's only on the iPhone and iPad? I never have my sound turned on when I play on my iPhone or iPad so I have no clue if I would get the same thing. Can someone here please contact Apple to see if they can find a fix?

Hey guys, I just wrote the King Admin again to ask the studio if anyone ever heard of this because it's only affecting a small number of players but maybe someone has heard of it or know how to fix it. So hopefully we can get something positive to report back to all of you.
I have just deleted my candy crush app off my phone as I was hearing a crackling sound coming from my phone ear speaker, it actually sounded like someone was on the other end of the phone while I was playing candy crush!
Same problem here with both an iPhone 6 and 7. It started with an update. If sounds are off I hear a buzzing sound and I have to put the phone on silent. Same behavior on LTE or witeless networks.

Same thing happens to me. I have the biggest iPhone and plenty of storage space. This only happens with the candy crush app.

I get the same problem on my iPhone 7 and SE with a pulsing static noise. But my iPad mini has a constant static but it is very faint and can only hear it when speaker is held to my ear. What’s the solution?

All set up, now all we can do is take the highest precautions by finding shelter elsewhere. P.S I think Trump may be involved and could be transmitting signals through his head fur using tin foil. Think they're targeting the next generation through 5G towers. Good luck.
