  • Hi Morten, Thanks for telling. I'll have the game studio look into the issue. In the meantime, please connect the game to Facebook, then play the level there. Once completed your progress will be synced back to your mobile device and you can now continue in the game.

  • Hi Constance, Would that be one of the live events in Farm Heroes Saga? Some of the events are limited to play test groups for a period of time. You'll find other live events in the game - just make sure the game is regularly updated through your app store as well as connected to Facebook.

I ask since this is the most secure way of storing your game progress, high scores and gold bars. Should you in the future have any incidents with your mobile device then you'll be able to restore your items to a new…

  • Good to hear the game works smooth again :-) Don't forget to connect the game to Facebook - this will store your game progress, gold bars and high scores. In case something happens to your mobile device you'll be able to restore your game or continue playing on FB :-) - Mark
