I am on level 380. I decided to save progress and connect to Facebook my 32 gold bars disappeared!! I am very upset
Hi Aron,
Sorry to hear about your issue. Did you manage to get the game proper connected to Facebook? I ask since this is the most secure way of storing your game progress, high scores and gold bars. Should you in the future have any incidents with your mobile device then you'll be able to restore your items to a new device or continue playing on Facebook.
Unfortunately it is King's policy not to compensate free items. We do regularly have contests and live events where you freely can participate in order to gain new gold bars and boosters.
I am very dissatisfied with that answer!
Hi Aaron, I am not aware of them being able to reimburse you for items that you won during the game. It's just for purchased items. But I will forward your message to a King Admin to see if she can help you.
I would like to have what I earned. I was saving them up for boosters! I don’t like to soeand money on apps.

If they are rewards you shouldn't have lost them because gold bars sync across devices. In the link above in the last paragraph click on the "here" hyperlink and complete the contact form. They can look into your account to see what's going on.
