I am having this problem too. My booster shows up on regular level. On bubblegum hill it only showed up on level 2&4. I tried adding a booster (other than my daily) on level 5 and that didn’t show up either! Not an answer as such, but it seems back to normal with the latest Bubblegum Hill.
