You'll need to link the game on your S4 to either Facebook or Kingdom in order for your progress to be stored on a server. once done, you can download and connect the game to Facebook on your S5, when that's done your progress will have synced over! :) Jeeeez, that sounds confusing, but I will give it a go, Thank you :-)
