I felt like this issue was not going to be resolved, so I uninstalled it and then reinstalled and signed in. That seemed to work. I didn't have much to lose so I gave it a try now I am able to play the events

I just want to say I uninstalled my Microsoft app and reinstalled it and signed in and got my events going again. There were some rewards waiting for me. Hopefully this helps others as it's been very frustrating waiting

Im going to uninstall mine today I don't think they are trying to fix it anyway. I can't sync mine and I'm ahead on levels now in my Kindle and I don't want to play them again on Microsoft version to catch up. I also lost all my daily rewards I was up to well over 1000 consecutive days of play. It's very frustrating.

This has still not helped me. I have gone to soda crush in microsoft app store and there is no update available on my laptop. I still get the message connecteion error when I try and log in. I have also tried to restart game while playing a level, still not resolved. I cannot sync my game because it's not showing me logged…

I have done all the things suggested, My Kindle app of Candy Crush Soda has been fixed and I was able to update it. My Windows 11 app won't sync with it now and when I try to find an update there isn't one available on my windows store or through amazon. Yes this is exactly what is happening on my laptop windows app I believe I downloaded from amazon. My Kindle is now updated but Im on level 5445 on Laptop and level 5444 on kindle. They aren't syncing.

Why did all my special events go away at one time
