Have you tried general troubleshooting since the update? https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/loading-crashing-issues-android Have already tried that, I think since the update my Kindle Fire HD is no longer supported, there are no software updates available for my device 2nd generation. Thanks for replying though :)
