I play Candy Crush Soda Saga on iPadOS. The screen will freeze like this, then after several minutes of not responding, the app will quit and I will lose all progress

I have all app and device updates. I have at enough storage for at least a dozen more apps. I have tried uninstalling and re-installing (iPhone so no cache) I restart the device several times a day. None of these have made any difference?

Still the same issues. Tried everything in the support article multiple times to no avail. Most of the freezing happens mid-level. Completely frustrating

I have done everything listed in the guide and still have issues. It is not an issue with my iPad as I have sufficient storage and other apps work just fine
