Hi. It’s been missing for nearly a month now. I no longer get bonus spins at the beginning or end of each game. I can’t log in. I can’t save my progress. I can’t ask for lives from friends. Are all of these part of the ‘testing’ that is going on? Thanks. Neil.

@collegeamoco I just think they are letting us down with no updates or details on what is going on. I find it is taking some of the fun away at the moment.

I have had this issue now for over 3 weeks. Despite responding to community threads and asking questions there has been no updates. Appreciate it is being worked on in the background but would be nice to get the occasional update.

@Tranterbleu Yes I saw and read that article. It appears that many many people are experiencing the same issues. Yet as much as I contact the King Support Team and list the issues on the Community Chat, no one seems to be able to come up with a solution. So now we have lots of disgruntled players venting their frustration…

I don’t think anyone at ‘King’ monitors these chats. Every time I email them I get a response saying ‘try this/try that’, none of which work. Or they suggest the Community. And all you get is responses from fellow users who have the same problem.
