I need help. I get to the initial 'Play' screen but it freezes. I've uninstalled it, restarted my tablet, & everything else that I can think of.

I get all the perks on my phone but just the game on my tablet. I logged out, cleared the cache, turned off tablet, turned it back on, logged in, played a handful of games, & still the same stuff. I don't wanna uninstall & reinstall in case I lose my consecutive streak (800+ days in a row).

Ipete, I did everything you mentioned. Nothing changed. On my phone, I get all kinds of options and extra stuff but on my tablet, all I get is the game. I don't want to uninstall it & reinstall it, because I'm afraid I might lose my streak (over 800+ days in a row).
