It is Candy Crush Soda that I’m having trouble with on IPhone trying to get back to level 1378.

I had someone to help me to try fix Candy Crush Saga - to get back to level 1378 and she cannot fix it. I’m still on the beginning of level 1 on I-phone and it will not let me get into Facebook. I can play the game on my I-pad at level 1378. Should I delete the game entirely and say I lost everything?

On I pad I’m on level 1378 which was the same in my I-phone. Now on my phone as if today 10/6/2019 - I’m showing back to level one. What happened? All these years playing this game and i’m back to the beginning. Why?
