I don’t really like this new gameplay as it is so called a team play but then some team members are not as active or cannot finish the task they have picked. As a result, the board is stuck! If that happens you should disconnect yourself from Facebook/Kingdom, then close the game, reopen and reconnect yourself and the chest should be there.
