Lost quests 12th March. Never seen Mr Toffee. Have tried all trouble shooting suggestions. Play on ipad usually, rarely on iphone. Both synced. Platform, don’t know. Not Facebook or Windows, so presumably Kingdom. ID 10153317973555950 @Pummy_Raj

Anne this is nothing to do with Facebook outage. It hppened 2 days ago. This is King messing about.

I am on 2703. The games are very hard at this level and I need the boosters collected in the quests to progress. I sometimes use my freeplay 1/2 hour just to complete quests and get the prizes. If King is taking this away, I will dekete game. What is King up to? They have messed up Candy Crush too and stopped the prizes…

This bug has been in 1262 for over a month. If you try lollipop on any of the 4 bottom left had squares, it does not work, but you lose the lollipop. Very unfair. Bug needs to get fixed soon. This is terrible customer service, especially if you have bought the booster which does not then work. Suzie
