Why are awarded prizes disappearing?

Responses are vague and ambiguous and problem NOT SOLVED. My message after a game, win or lose, is that awards are now being ... and after a few clicks this is what displays and is stuck.

the only way to proceed is to close the game and restart.

Hi @Scotty28 I also checked Windows 10 and nothing! I am going to direct you to the main thread for Mr. Toffee's Fair and the community manager is posting information there. A player asked the question, with a print screen, about Windows 10 not having anything. I posted my print screen too and tagged the community manager to find out why Windows 10 has nothing. You will be able to see what he says once he replies at this link.

I lost my quests. Got the toffee guy which was useless. Now I have nothing. Playing on Windows 10. Play on my laptop and my computer two different names. Lost everything on the laptop. Computer fine and never got the toffee guy which I was happy because it is a useless game intended to make you spend money on boosters.

All of my quests and rewards have also disappeared. I have been playing Candy Crush games for about 8 years, this is very disappointing

The Toffee guy is not appearing anywhere either

@Yaz_Milani I don’t have it either. Like I said before, I’m really NOT amused....

@Yosca Not everyone has Mr toffees fair available. It doesn’t make sense for all the boosters to be taken away.. what next? The daily bonus? I would be very discouraged like @Anne_Martin said

Anne this is nothing to do with Facebook outage. It hppened 2 days ago. This is King messing
about.

the level I am on is impossible without boosters...I think it comes from Facebook being down, but I will give up if the quests don't come back.
I don't buy boosters either.

I agree. Same for Saga. Give every player the opportunity to get free boosters. I have never bought boosters and never will.

I am on 2703. The games are very hard at this level and I need the boosters collected in the quests to progress. I sometimes use my freeplay 1/2 hour just to complete quests and get the prizes. If King is taking this away, I will dekete game.
What is King up to? They have messed up Candy Crush too and stopped the prizes there.

Only Candy Crush Saga. The other games I’m not interested. Right now I see Saga has a problem as well. (Doesn’t show challenges). Well I hope I will get Mr. Toffee soon, or they can give me back the medal

Yes I do. And I have finished all levels, and can play BGH the whole week. But if I won’t get prizes I feel like I’m stuck. Waiting for new levels, playing BGH and no challenges.

I just found out that it's still in testing but as they find out that it's working more players should start to see this. Hopefully you will get it soon.
