  • Hi Alex, That´s a classic one really. I thought the same until I realized that the counter doesn´t stop counting at all once you start playing. It continues even if you close the app or turn off your phone.

  • Hi Gerda, Clear cache on your PC and do a restart. Try playing in Google Chrome and just use only 1 tab. You can play those games on king.com too.

  • Have a look at this one RedLyn, It actually might have to do with your iPad from what I read here https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-jelly-saga/candy-crush-jelly-crashing If your iPad II has 512 MB RAM it might not be sufficient and you might face the same issue in 3 days from now too.

  • Hi Raj, Have you checked again today? Maybe check for updates for your mobile and the Candy Crush Saga app. Restart your mobile afterwards. No rush mate, I´m sure they will resolve this for you if it hasn´t been done yet.

  • Hi Kirk, What tablet do you play on? I´d first check for updates for your tablet and the Candy Crush Saga and Candy Crush Soda Saga apps. Then do a restart. Make sure you got some free memory available on your tablet. Do you get any error message?
