  • Hi sanlass, I know that lives on Facebook are valid as long as your Facebook session lasts. So if you refresh your page or logout and log back in, then you´ll lose those lives and messages. On mobile devices, these lives and messages tend to be saved. You can use the lives on Facebook, but only in the same session.

  • Hi Carol, Have you cleared cache? Restart your i Mac too. You can also try to play on king.com if it keeps acting like this on Facebook. I could load and play Candy Crush Saga on my Facebook in Google Chrome on Windows 10.
