  • Hi sanlass, I know that lives on Facebook are valid as long as your Facebook session lasts. So if you refresh your page or logout and log back in, then you´ll lose those lives and messages. On mobile devices, these lives and messages tend to be saved. You can use the lives on Facebook, but only in the same session.

  • Hi Carol, Have you cleared cache? Restart your i Mac too. You can also try to play on king.com if it keeps acting like this on Facebook. I could load and play Candy Crush Saga on my Facebook in Google Chrome on Windows 10.

  • Hi Karen, Have you already tried some troubleshooting on your PC first? Clear cache and do a restart. Then open just one tab in Google Chrome and try both on your Facebook and on King.com.

  • Hi Gemma, Maybe there was a slight delay or something? Have you tried again ever since? I generally would clear cache and restart my PC. Then give it another go in Google Chrome.

  • Hi, Has she already tried to simply turn off those notifications? I recon she´ll get them anyways. The thing is that I found out that if I click on the notification, it seems to disappear and I can´t see where it is. But if I go in randomly, I have the items in my inbox. Check here…
