  • Hi ccshking, Sounds like you´ll have to earn those free items back again.. As far as I know, only gold bars and levels do get synchronized between platforms and devices. Saved boosters and lives don´t.. one of the main reasons why I gave up saving up so many myself. Instead, I now just use them in my everyday game play so…

  • Hi Krisjan, Have you checked for updates for both your iPad Mini and the Candy Crush Jelly Saga app? Restart your iPad afterwards. Have you been able to play it on another device? I could open and play the game on my iPhone with iOS 9.2.1

  • Hi Fatima, I think they eventually will release the game on PC too, but it´s hard to know when that will be. The challenges seem to be more mobile related; I don´t think we should expect these to appear on Facebook.

  • Hi, Have you checked for updates for your tablet and the Candy Crush Jelly Saga app? Restart your tablet too. I don´t know if you play connected to Facebook, but if you do, turn off the notifications; you´ll then just receive your lives and requests, but not the notifications regarding those being sent.

  • Hi Frances, Did you have the habit to connect all your games either to your Facebook or your Kingdom account? If so, then just download them and connect them to the account you used for synchronization et voilà. Saved free boosters and lives might be gone though, but your levels and gold bars will still be there.
