I gave the device/ID info yesterday (on page 3). The version I am using is 1.283.5 The problem started on 11 or 12 December.

Thanks for the response. I'm playing on a Lenovo tablet using Android 6.0.1. I don't know which version number of Soda I have (or how to find out). My Player ID is 12036782660 Hope this can help solve the problem.

There are a lot of us with this "no connection" problem that manifested itself for us all about 4 days ago. None of us have seem to have any problems with our devices and none of the steps you mention solve the issue. Is the problem being worked on so we can play the game normally again ?
