I have tried every possible way to retrieve my WON and not purchased lollipops. It is impossible. I can see that you are not willing to return them to me, using as an excuse the terms and conditions. same happened to me. I had more than 2000 lollipops and now only 3. I did not uninstall anything! I logged off and on several times, but the lollipops are gone. I asked for help from 'support' but they did not help me AT ALL!
