Hello @D63 and welcome to our very friendly community! So in level 4973 you have ice (or crystal as you call it) covering most of the candies. You can get under it and you need to destroy it by making matches with whatever is under the ice. For example - if you can make a stripe by moving one of the available candies andโฆ
