I am not happy about this - of course. If there is an issue, why haven’t we been told? Again King Games is taking NO responsibility for their poor customer service. One of my friends wrote and got the usually useless response - but no indication there was an issue and they are working on it.

thank you, as always, for your work @PrettyBubbles - but it does not take 24 hours to complete a tile. There are too many players who are not playing or who are bots in the game. I would prefer to be in a team with players who actually play the game. There is nothing for me to do in the game - expect when a lousy 20 levels…

No @PrettyBubbles no star bubble event was released. Please stop reminding us to update our app and phone - the issue is with the game, not us. Again it’s very disappointing. There is nothing to do in this game for players at the top level.

I agree - I and others are suspicious that they are real players. We think they are bots placed by King to stop us completing the quest. There are way too many “squatters” compared to how rarely we get a “team” that actually plays. It has nothing to do with any world time differences.

But we know they haven’t “gone live” - it’s Friday morning in Australia. We haven’t had any “events”. I am beyond annoyed at the uncaring attitude of King Games. Because they are an online group they get away with poor customer service.

I don’t understand - my friends around the world all get game events at the same time. As a basic courtesy clients could be informed of these changes. Sorry - but it’s an unacceptable business practice. Thanks @PrettyBubbles but we know the Jacalope did not go live. It seems we are not to be given the courtesy of a reason…

I hope so too - but I doubt it. I too have done everything to try to get the Jackalope Tower to appear. 😩

ugh ! No Jackalope Tower. This has occurred to me on several occasions but it seems it’s every one this time. In a game where there is little to do , this is beyond disappointing and unacceptable customer services. Shame on you King.

its a tough level; I’m sure you’ve tried this - aim for the bubbles that clear the line and all below - hopefully when you reach the top there will be solid blue and red sections of bubbles; or try the sparkle potion - which hopefully brings many bubbles down; or add the 10 extra bubbles. Good luck.
