Thank you for your help. My user ID is 10953501704. Not sure if this matters or not but before this all happened, I had a different picture/avatar. I also now have 50 gold bars which I didn’t have before. It’s like my old game was wiped and I’ve started fresh with a whole new “account”.

No I don’t think so as I never did anything that I can remember, just downloaded the app and started playing.
