I have had this problem off and on for at least 6 months. Last week I placed third and won the soda streak too. No prizes were awarded and guess what? The best answer was they would make the techs aware. No prizes for me. Good luck.

They want you to purchase more. Thats the focus now. No more freebies or fun. $$$

Its gone.. I believe CandyCrush wants more purchased prize packages and is taking away the free fun stuff. So, if you don't make any purchases, playing this game is going to be joyless. I think the monetized aspect of the game is more their focus now.

Well great. This is an issue I've contacted you guys on several occasions. Sometimes the challenge functions sometimes not. Very inspiring that you're looking into it.

It happens EVERY Friday....

Why is it that every Friday you guys throw up an ad that CAN NOT move forward or be exited without closing the platform? Today's purgatory is RAV4. Last week it was the bird match game. Somehow gets fixed on Monday when most of the challenges are done.

So I guess there's no answer and no resolution.

I would not be this upset by losing a few timed prizes, but winning the streak entails losing a fairly good package of prizes.
