I sign on thru facebook it still doesn't change and I can't play on. Cleared the cache many times also.

I have done all of that cleared the cache several times still won't work. Can't play on and my screenshot looks like this one.

Had a piggy bank seems like forever on CC Saga up to level 4973 and the bank is gone why?

Why has the piggy bank "full" now at 30 bars for 2.99. Used to be "full" at 60 for 2.99. Same money less bars getting too expensive to keep playing this game.
