@omarov - try updating your version. My latest version is 1.129.2 Hopefully that will resolve your problem.

If my IOS version is still 1.128.2. - which was the Nov 27 th update - is it possible the new update hasn’t been released to everyone yet? My updates are automatic but I have checked in the App Store to be sure. I have been repeatedly playing this morning with no problem so far but I made sure not to check in to the game…

I was able to play multiple times on my phone - it’s just not the device I like to play and collect my boosters with.

Possibly this problem- at least for me - might have something to do with checking in on two devices when I open games each morning. I can now play on my iPhone but not my iPad. I will experiment again tomorrow by checking into only my iPad game.

Checked for updates on IOS. No updates since Nov 27 in updates in App Store. I’ve done all the recommended cache clearing and restarts. Still frozen. Hate to be repetitive but you did ask us to let you know.

Is everyone else fixed? I played once then frozen. This isn’t even a complaint just a request for status of Bubblegum Hill. I thought I read earlier that a workaround was being released but apparently either that didn’t work out or they have again decided to have us only win once. Knowing what the true status is will help…

I think most of us - even the most experienced who have probably spent some money - need a good stockpile of hammers to continue conquering all the levels. I would rather it be like it was in the past. Bubblegum Hill wasn’t there every day but you could play all day and amass both gold bars and hammers. Of course I like it…

And it starts again with the new game. I got to play twice and it’s frozen. I am asking again for an update from support. If this is something new - and it’s being done on purpose - please let us know. If it’s a glitch please let us know. Any kind of update would be appreciated.

My BGH is down to 8 hours and it did let me play once before it froze again. I was so excited because I thought the problem had been fixed - I think it just unfroze for one time when it changed from 4 days to 8 hours. Oh well.

It’s good to know that it doesn’t seem to happen only to those of us with large amounts of lollipops. I have cleared cookies, cache, logged out and in, hard reset my iPad - I believe I have done everything but re- install my game as I don’t want to lose all my boosters again - lost over 200 the last time I tried that. I’m curious if those of us who are locked out have a large amount of lollipop hammers stocked up. I definitely do and I also have completed all the levels so I played Bubblegum Hill all the time.

I too am still allowed to play Bubblegum Hill only or twice and then locked out until new game appears. Then allowed to play once more and then locked out. The last announcement saying they were looking into it was several days ago.
