I did the last update but everything is working fine now after I uninstalled and reinstalled two different times

All I did was uninstall and reinstalled 2 times and it got it corrected the issue.

Hello, yes I did the trouble shooting, I log in through my Facebook account and I pay on a Kindle Fire.I just don't understand why this is happening. I don't want to restart the game because I'm high up in the upper levels.
