I have beaten the crown on bubblegum hill 2 times and once I win it says there is a problem connecting to the internet and it is not giving me my prizes ....but that seems to be the only time its having a problem..what's up with that? And will I get my prizes?

I still don't have Kimmy's arcade on my phone but my boyfriend does ...I'm so madnive been okaying soda for years and I really REALLY want it! I updated my the game non my phone today...still nothing ..would it help if I delete the game completely and redownload it?? Because I really want it..I'm so disappointed 😪😡🤬😩😭😭😭😭😭
