I’m trying to figure out why I can’t ask for lives using the heart button, ask. Says I need to be part of a team… which I am. My app is updated as well. Any ideas? Thanks.

I can’t play the game. The silver chocolate box pops up and unable to click continue. Going on the third day and I’ve not heard anything back from anyone? Wonder why this is doing this?

I’m unable to play. Once I login, the silver box chocolate pops up and I can’t click to continue. So I’ve been unable to play for two days. Losing a lot of available points etc.

Same! Our team had the cake reset when we nearly had it finished the other day. Then the cake reset. And when our team exchanged communication in chat asking questions what happened … myself and another member’s chat was blocked stating we were swearing. :( we were not. Thsnks for looking into the situation.

Unable to click X after watching the McDonald add to get the reward after watching( have lost the cooking hat or a round due to ad not loading for free reward). Is anyone else having this problem? Its just frustrating u can’t watch ad( isn’t centered or something)

This has been happening to me for the past week or so. I’ve lost bonuses as well. Can’t click the x when ad is finished.
