I didn’t claim the reward at the bottom of the path, the one with the star beside it, and now I can’t because “Get Premium to unlock all the rewards” is scrolled across it and is stopping me from pushing the claim button. How do I claim it? See attached photo.

I spoke with customer support via chat and they used my ID to go into my account. They said they credited the reward to me, but it still shows as unclaimed. I asked if it was a glitch they could look into and they said they would.

Hello again. Yes I did try, I pushed and held it as high up as I could and tried to press claim at the same time, without success. I’ve tried everything, even changing the orientation from portrait to landscape. I will report it as you’ve suggested. Thank you kindly. Stay safe.
