It is working for me now. At first it started back at level one but I closed out of my game and came back to play and my level is restored. Seems the problem has been fixed.

I do not have a smart phone, I only play on Windows 10 laptop computer, have for years, never had this problem before.

I am getting the exact same message "Error Downloading, please refresh the page". I am playing on a PC laptop using Chrome browser.

I am having the same issue. I try to play the game and I get an error message saying "Error Downloading, please refresh the page". I have refreshed the page, restarted my computer, cleared cache/cookies, and I still cannot play my game. Please help.
