I just spent gold upon running out of moves for a game. It says buy 5 more moves + 10 min unlimited play. I spent the gold but yet again, I DID NOT get the unlimited play. I only got to play 2 more rounds (my remaining lives before spending the gold) before I was stuck again. That's not 10 min. and not topped off life.…

Thanks. I play only via facebook and only on my computer. no app. computer was freshly rebooted. computer is less than 2yrs old. Internet not disconnected or slow. Game plays fine - does everything else. It just dumps when I spend gold or sometimes when I complete the quests for the fair. So I don't think doing those…

It doesn't but thanks for trying. I just won't be using bars anymore. Nothing changed, I'm not disconnected from anything else. Just the game. and only when I try to spend. So. I won't spend. Easy. will suck when I get stuck but then I will probably just stop playing. oh well. plenty of other swap type game options out…

I wouldn't mind if it said just the 5 moves, but it says + 20 minutes and I didn't get it. It's happened before. I won't spend gold any more. There's no point if it doesn't give what it says it will. 🤷
