Are you ever going to fix the problem? I can't give you my level where i was because I can't get into the game, it has been over a week with error downloading message. But everyone else who uses the same computer can play just fine, it is only with my log in that the error happens. Why is nobody fixing this problem?

For the last 5 days, I get the above message when playing on facebook, I can not load the game. I tried on 3 laptops. But then my partner logged in and had no problems, on the same laptops. I have refreshed and installed/uninstalled but it is just with my log in it will not load. How do i fix this for my account?

Its a really odd error, that one person gets it on any device but another doesn't on the same device.

No. I never play games on my phone and am not going to start. Playing on a phone doesn't solve the problem. Its clearly an issue with my account, not my laptop
