• Am using Tecno's Cammon 18i device. It doesn't show any error, it shows as if it's loading but it doesn't go all the way.

• Click on you account, on the next page you'll see a blank (photo flame like thing). Press that and proceed to selecting a picture of your choosing. Hope that helps.
