Hi Elsa yes it is working again but players should not have to delete and reinstall a game for it to work properly, this is the first time I’ve had to do that to play a game. Any updates etc that is done should not have caused these problems and your programmers should’ve been able to fix it

Hi Parrothead Not sure if QueenB did anything ‘behind the scenes’ as I never said when I was deleting or reinstalling the game. However, deleting and reinstalling did seem to do the trick. Just be patient after reinstalling as it still took several minutes for everything to be back to normal. It started me out on level one…

Hi QueenB I did clear the cache and then deleted the game and reinstalled it. However, it’s still saying there’s a connection error when I try to log in. I was at level 2703 😡 am I going to get all my boosters back.
