I have a huge win streak at the moment close to 300 levels. At what point do you start to receive bonuses for the length of your win streak?

Yes timed boosters and lives should be able to be chosen when to start use, but not able to pause them once you have started the count down.

Definitely should be able to start the time free lives and boosters start. So if you get the infinite lives or boosters for x amount of time it should start when you want it to.
