Im seeing alot of complaints about this game. I hope they are reading them all and fix these problems. They just tell you the same scripted thing to do which doesn't help at all!They got the game so loaded down I think that's what the problem is at least one of them

Same here. I can't play on my phone or tablet anymore either. The game won't load on either. I've done everything they have suggested and I've even uninstalled the game on both devices making sure I was connected to Facebook and when I reinstalled the game it to me back to level one. Im so frustrated.

I haven't been able to get my game to load on my phone or tablet for about 3 weeks now. And on my tablet I installed and made sure I was connected to Facebook and when I reinstalled it took me to level one. I have done everything suggested. I've been playing this game since it first came out. Im so frustrated 😠

I'm also having problems losing the game on my galaxy s21 phone. I had to uninstall the game and reinstall it. It's still very slow and I lost all my helping tools I've collected which I'm very frustrated by
