I'm on level 1220. Like @kathyosborn, I've gotten through a couple of levels, but it was quite the struggle. Also, Jelly and regular candy crush are both fine. Just soda saga has the problem. I would say this has been going on for three weeks at least. I'm playing now on Kingdom, but do want to move back to playing on fb.

Not working through facebook, which is really where I want to play from. It's where I'm connected to my friends. On Kingdom, it works.

Playing on a Surface pro 3 tablet. Google chrome and firefox both fail as browsers. Windows 8. Facebook, but I have now set up a kingdom account. Soda saga does not fail there.

I can play on kingdom without getting an error. Still getting the error on facebook. I would prefer to play on facebook, so I can play with my friends. Hoping we can get this solved. Thanks so much for all of your help so far, Elsa!

I just created a kingdom account. I'm candyjammer. I synced with facebook and it now starts me off where I am on facebook. I'll try playing on facebook again to see if the error is still occuring. And, I'll try playing on kingdom, too, if it does.

@Elsa, it's still happening this morning. I play on facebook with a surface pro 3 using windows 8. Only with Candy Crush soda. Not with Jelly or just Candy crush. I've tried playing with both google chrome and firefox as my browsers. Both crash.
