I actually think that's a great idea. I stopped playing a lot of the games because a lot of my friends stopped playing, and it's hard to get anywhere in most of the games without your friends being active players.

I agree that the daily bonus should increase with time; the 30-minute life was cute in the beginning, but it has gotten old. Also, there should be an easier way to get more energy than having to wait 30 minutes for just one new life...
