  • Thank you for the suggestion. The Microsoft trouble shooter you linked identified that my Windows Store cache was corrupt but it could not repair it. I have a backup for EVERYTHING on this computer and can restore it if I know which file/folder is corrupt. So this helped, but did not resolve the issue. Still, thanks. NOW…
