Blue block - match colors and expand your territory. RED BLOCK - will not expand for any reason. Doesn’t matter what color block it surrounds.

Obviously you do not understand the issue. We know how to play the game. The problem is that in addition to the blue outlined square, sometimes a red outline appears around a square and nothing I’ve tried will make the red outlined square fill in. It doesn’t work the way the blue outlined squares work.

I have the same issue. Did you ever get an answer for this?

I’m on level 4494 and this one hour wait started for me this morning. Thus is a bunch of crap!
