I deleted the app and reinstalled it. I have a different character, frame 1, and am at level 1. So sad! I've played this game for years and got so far and now I'm back at level 1 which I was afraid of. You mentioned you can restore my progress- how do we make this happen?

Hi Xarly, I have a mini iPad version 12.1. When you say re-install, do you mean delete the app? I just want to clarify since I offloaded it and then reinstalled it already. So I believe you mean to delete the app and all data correct? 

Hi Elsa, did the Community Manager get back to you? I'd like to have this issue fixed so I can continue playing the game. I had frame #45 and was somewhere between levels 2200 and 2400. My character was a yellow bird.

Hi Elsa, I never heard from anyone regarding my contact form. My app still doesn't load and I'd like to play the game again:)

I off loaded and reinstalled the app but it still crashes. Do you mean delete the app? If I do that I will lose all progress and I was on a very high level.

This is as far as the app allows me to go. As soon as it gets to this screen it crashes and returns to the home screen.
