I can't collect my rewards either - says bubblegum troll is interfering. I have updated on 12/4. I have cleared cache. I have turned my device on and off. I have more than 2 GB of memory. The only thing I haven't done is force stop. If I do that will I lose my progress??

Works fine on my android phone but says I'm offline on my android tablet- bumped me back to level 1 (I'm really on 16713) and I can't connect to my account to even try to synch. Candy Soda - I can play, but can't access app store. CAndy Jelly - waiting for new levels.
