Hello, thanks for your answer, I still have access to my old phone and I contacted Player Support twice asking to change both my email address and password for my game account. But all I got was a generic reply that sends me back to community.

Yes I still have access to my old phone. So the only way is to create a new account on my new phone and contact support from the app? It is not possible to change account credentials without creating a new account?
